Sabina Castro, 46, is on the run after allegedly stabbing her roommate. On May 27, 2007 the victim reported to police officers that his roommate Sabina Castro had stabbed him in the chest with a knife. He was transported to the hospital for the injuries he sustained. On December 9, 2007, Castro received a five-year deferred adjudication probated sentence, but has since violated her probation. Warrant 1118549 was filed March 11, 2008 for her arrest, with no bond. Ms Castro also is known by the names Sabina Garrido and Sabina Hernandez. She is believed still to be in the Houston area. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of Sabina Castro. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477).
