Two killed in accident on Bering Drive

Houston police are investigating a car accident in which two people died Monday morning.

It happened around 2:20 a.m. in the 2200 block of Bering Drive.
Police said a man driving a black Nissan 350Z was going fast when he lost control, hitting an unoccupied Ford F-150 truck and then four other cars in the street.
One man in the Nissan died at the scene, and the other died at Ben Taub Hospital.
