Pasadena police are looking for three men who robbed a pharmacy April 1. The suspects entered the business and at gunpoint, demanded prescription medications, then fled with a large quantity of Xanax tablets and 8 bottles of codeine. No one was injured. They’re described as follows: 2) Man, 20-35 years old, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall thin build, wearing a white cap with a blue logo on the front center and a silver logo on a paper tag attached to the bill; dark blue or black jacket with a white stripe along the bottom and on the sleeves, dark denim jeans. 3) Man, 20-35 years old, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall thin build, black cap with a white star on the front center, white stretch material under the hat and covering the face, dark blue or black jacket, dark denim jeans. this is interesting. channel 13 news reported the same story but included that all 3 men were black males. this article reports that they are just ‘man’. hilarious. i guess channel 13 is more intersted in reporting correct facts and accurate descriptions and channel 11 is interested in not making black people mad. how cowardly. the news’ job is to report the facts, not be sensitive about race. the truth is the truth. i have no respect for channel 11 for being scared to report the truth in the interest of their image.

Pasadena is just bad period it don’t matter what race you are, thats why i moved out of there.

Obviously, the ethnicity of the 3 men is an important fact in the case. Of course I wasn’t there but what difference does that make? There were witnesses who saw these idiots rob the pharmacy. If witnesses say these guys were all black males, and a reputable news agency like KTRK is willing to publish the same account, than that’s the truth.
If a serial killer was described as a black male, wouldn’t you think that’s an important piece of information? Or are you like KHOU and too scared to report true and accurate facts because you’re afraid to offend the black community.
The truth is the truth. No matter who it offends.
