On Wednesday morning at approximately 9 a.m., a man approached the teller counter at the International Bank of Commerce located at 3939 Montrose in Houston. He placed a note on the counter which stated, “Give up the money and no one will get hurt.”
The teller, fearing for her safety, handed the robber some cash from her drawer. He placed the cash into a white plastic grocery bag and fled the scene on foot. The robbery is the third this year committed at this bank location. Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and arrest of this suspect, or any felony suspect.
