A 17-year-old is in custody of the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Department after he was seen looking inside parked vehicles Tuesday morning. According to the report, the victim was returning home from a morning walk with is two dogs. As he approached his home, his neighbor informed him that she just contacted the police because she had seen a suspicious person looking inside his vehicle as well as others in the area. The victim, realizing he did not lock his vehicle, went over to check it out and learned his vehicle was in fact burglarized. With the description provided by the neighbor the suspicious person was located not far from the burglary scene. The suspect, Allen Riley Ott was found to be in possession of a digital camera, CD’s, a pocket knife, other miscellaneous items all belonging to the victim. Ott was taken into custody and is in the Fort Bend County Jail for burglary of a motor vehicle on a $750 bond. 9 CommentsLeave a comment |
