Recently by TaylorHOUSTON — A body was found in the 8000 block of Sandspoint Tuesday morning. That’s near Sharpstown Mall in southwest Houston. Police said passersby called early in the morning to report a body lying in the middle of the road. When officers arrived at the scene, they realized the person had been shot to death. The body has yet to be identified. If you know anything about this crime, call police.
It happened around 11 p.m. near the intersection of Tidwell and Sunforest. …Houston police were investigating reports of shots being fired in northeast Houston Tuesday. …Police were looking for a hit-and-run driver after an accident at Crane and Los Angeles Monday morning. A suspect in a Baytown stabbing was arrested after he got into a car accident on his way to Louisiana. On Monday May 5, 2008 at 11:15 am 3 black males entered the Eagle Jewelry Store at 5901 Westheimer acting as customers. When the store manager went to assist another customer, the 3 suspects attacked her and forced the manager and the customer to the floor.
