Suspects back truck into store, leave with nothing
October 10, 2007
Some would-be thieves walked away empty-handed after a smash-and-grab attempt Tuesday night in southwest Houston.
They loaded the truck with items, but then they couldn’t get it out of the store in the 13200 block of Bellaire.
The clothing store owners got the call from their alarm company around 11:45 p.m. They said their other location, on Wilcrest, was robbed the same way last week.
