Houston police have identified a man who was stabbed to death Saturday in the 1100 block of West 19th Street. They are also looking to speak with a possible suspect.

Maurice Curtis Anderson, 57, was stabbed in the chest and taken to Ben Taub Hospital, where he died.
Homicide investigators want to question a person of interest, Ronnie Ray Dimmer.
The victim entered the business at 1126 West 19th St. and told the
store clerk he had been stabbed. He collapsed and was taken to the
hospital by HFD.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Dimmer is asked to contact the HPD Homicide Division at (713) 308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at (713) 222-TIPS.

Maurice Anderson was my father and did not deserve to be killed. He was a wonderful, giving man and the father of six. If anyone has any information to help us, it will be greatly appreciated.
