Police probe teen’s fatal shooting

Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man and the wounding of another in the 6000 block of Sunforest Friday evening.

Marshall Taylor, 19, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Joshua Covarrubias, 17, was shot and taken to Ben Taub. He is expected to recover.
According to police, the two teens went to an apartment to get some clothes. As they were getting inside their vehicle to leave, they were approached by an unknown black male who began firing a handgun into the vehicle.
The suspect is believed to have fled in a white vehicle.
