A Pasadena teenager accused of trying to hire someone to kill a girl he blamed for the loss of his girlfriend has reached a plea deal. Court records show that Thomas Moses Ramirez made his plea Monday. A judge will sentence him in April, said authorities. It’s alleged that Ramirez, a Sam Rayburn High School student, offered $150 and drugs to an undercover officer posing as a hit man. Police say he tried to arrange the murder of a 15-year-old Rayburn student who he believed was interfering with his relationship with another 15-year-old girl. Ramirez faces up to life in prison. |
