Jennifer Bowles Jennifer has covered environmental issues for the Press-Enterprise since 1999, and often travels across the vast Inland region to get her stories. Before coming to the I.E., she was one of five journalists selected nationwide to attend a year-long fellowship at the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she studied natural resources law, policy and science. Born in Canada, she began her journalism career at the Associated Press in Los Angeles. There, she worked for 10 years as a general assignment reporter, TV columnist and editor.
