Employees at a McDonald’s on the Eastex Freeway feeder hid from a robber or robbers early Monday morning.

Someone through a large object through a front window and broke it. Upon hearing this, the employees went into the food freezer and called 911.
The suspect got away with an unknown amount of cash and fled.
The restaurant’s drive thru was open, but not the dining area.
