Man, 25, found shot inside his car

May 31, 2007

A 25-year-old man was found shot and lying in his car early Thursday morning on North Wayside at the East Freeway.

He told Houston police that he was driving down the East Freeway when another car pulled up next to him and someone inside shot at him.
He drove to a nearby store and called for help.
The victim was taken to Ben Taub Hospital. He was able to talk with police even after he was shot.
