Apparently a couple and the girlfriend’s brother were arguing at the Sandpiper Apartments on Willowbend.
It escalated, and the boyfriend allegedly shot her brother in the leg. The boyfriend then fled on foot.
The victim was taken to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital.
