Man stabbed in the stomach near night club

A man was stabbed in the stomach early Monday morning outside of a night club.

The incident happened around 1 a.m. at Maxey and Fleming.
Security guards detained the men until HPD arrived.
The victim was transported to Ben Taub Hospital in serious condition.
