Around 2 a.m., two men burst into the apartment on Rolling Creek and FM 1960, yelling.
They wanted something from the man, who resisted. They suspects opened fire, and the victim’s side was grazed.
Five other people in the home were not hurt.
Deputies think this may have been a case of mistaken identity.
