It happened at strip center at 5101 Yale at about 4:40 p.m.
The victim had an argument with the two suspects in the parking lot of a small strip center and was shot and stabbed by the suspects. Before leaving the scene, one of the suspects shot the victim again.
Police said the suspects were only described as two black males.
