Man found shot to death on Sandpiper sidewalk

A man was found shot to death on a Sandpiper sidewalk early Tuesday morning.

A witness heard a gunshot and called HPD to the 10300 block of Sandpiper near Dumfries.
The man was shot in the head, police said.
