HPD investigates teen’s shooting death

Houston police are investigating a teen’s shooting death.

Lawrence James Holmes, 18, suffered a gunshot wound to his head at 10956 Village Bend Saturday afternoon.
A witness heard a gunshot and then found Holmes lying in a grassy area near an apartment.
There are no known suspects or motive at this time.
