Crime Stoppers and the Harris County Sheriff’s Warrants Division are seeking information leading to the arrest of Jose Tomas Blanco. They believe Blanco allegedly The victim also claimed that Blanco sexually assaulted her at the same location. Jose Tomas Blanco is a 64 year old male. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes with a medium complexion. His last known address is in the 9200 block of Westheimer. Blanco is still believed to be in the Houston area. Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of Jose Tomas Blanco.
