Four men arrested for violating Halloween parole

A state crackdown of sex offenders on Halloween night has led to four arrests.

The four men were arrested because they were supposed to be back in their homes at 5 p.m. on Halloween.

They’re back in jail on parole violations.

Two of the men, Timothy Lee Carson and David Galan are from Houston.
