Twelve years is not justified in this case. Do you really think the victim will be over it in that time? If you do, then you need to serve twelve years in jail. Too often we do not consider the people that fall to these animals. Should have been given 99 years plus a day in this case.

its not just male teachers.
and lets lay some blame where it belongs — on the parents and students. they dress and act like cheap hookers thier gonna get treated like one. parents need to get busy raising the children like they did back in the good old days a crack on the butt when needed and attire that doesnt make a blind man blush. all these clothing manufacturers need to be told that the clothing lines thier producing are not appropriate and parents need to stop buying the crap. ive seen seven yr olds dressed up like saturday nite street walkers and the parents dont understand why they get wrong attention and raped.
go figure

It’s sometimes the parents that let these things go on because they have this attitude that “the school system will take care of my child.” Not always the case! These people need to say NO and mean it!

I am a teacher and a mother. I would never think of harming a child. This is ALL the teacher’s fault. I don’t care how a child dresses, this is never deserved!! Anyone who says a 7th grade girl should be treated like “a cheap hooker” is a nut case and probably a pervert himself.

In the old days you got to know your kids teachers. Now you are lucky to get a couple 15 minute drive bys. I think if there were more communication between everyone, parents, kids and teachers we wouldn’t see so much of this. Just like a first date, when you met my dad you knew you’d better not mess with his girls. Same goes for teachers. With that said, any person that would invade a childs rest of their lives, should spend the rest of theirs behind bars with a celly named Brutis.

Teachers (male or female) who do this terrible act should be sent to prison. Trust in put in our teachers to do the right thing by our children. If they break this trust then they should be punished.

I used to go to school with this guy. Knowing him back then he was a strong Christian. It’s amazing how people change.
