Apparently, the victim and another man were arguing in the 10300 block of Winding Trail when one of them pulled out a gun. He allegedly shot the man, who had to be taken to UTMB by helicopter.
The alleged shooter fled the scene in a truck, and he was found at Homestead and the North Loop. He had a bullet graze his head, and police believe he may have tried to shoot himself.
