Fatal shooting will be referred to a grand jury

The fatal shooting of a man in the 5900 block of Selinsky will be referred to a grand jury.
Houston police said the victim went to the Villa Americana apartments with a weapon and confronted Terrence Williams.
At some point, gunfire was exchanged, and the victim died at the scene.
No charges have been filed.
