HEBRONVILLE, Texas — Texas troopers busted a Galveston man Friday who was allegedly driving a truck packed full of pot. Jason Jerard Hambric, 34, was charged with possession of marijuana and booked into the Jim Hogg County Jail. DPS troopers stopped Hambric on Highway 59 near Hebbronville. They found 3,212 pounds of pot hidden in the truck that was painted to look like it belonged to an oil field service company. The marijuana has an estimated street value of $1.6 million. DPS officers were assisted by the U.S. Border Patrol and the Jim Hogg County Sheriff’s Office. 1 CommentsLeave a comment |

Thank Goodness.
Now its time for Texas to really let the people know, its illegal and you will be caught.
Texas has enough stuff to deal with then this crap.
Block off the Mexican border, stop every illegal trying to cross, enforce Texas laws on illegal immigration in our state, and this will stop.
It is illegal to enter the UNITED STATES Illegaly, It is a federal crime and should be enforced. Our Police force should have the right to enforce this law in every way. no questions asked.
