ROSHARON, Texas – Fort Bend County deputies are investigating a shooting that left a Rosharon man dead. It happened Tuesday morning at a home, located at 5410 Linda Drive. Investigators say that Roosevelt Williams, 64, was visiting his in-laws when an argument ensued. They say that Williams’s 89-year-old father-in-law and his 80-year-old wife began arguing with Williams. Both asked him to leave, say investigators. Williams’s father-in-law shot him when he refused to leave, say deputies. He died at Sugar Land Methodist Hospital. No arrests have been made at this time. Fort Bend Detectives continue to investigate this fatal shooting and will refer this case to a Grand Jury. |
