Burglary suspect on the run after hitting car
February 21, 2008
A suspected burglar is on the run after slamming into an innocent victim’s car Wednesday morning during a chase.
A Harris County deputy responded to a burglary call at West Rankin at Kuykendahl around 1:30 a.m. Apparently some cars were broken into at apartment complexes in the area.
As the deputy approached the parking lot, a silver Chevy truck sped out out of there.
The truck fled southbound on Kuykendahl and hit a car at an intersection.
The deputy could not catch up with the suspect. The driver of the other vehicle was not hurt.
