On August 7, 2007, at approximately 5:20 P.M., the “Buff Bank Bandit robbed the First Convenience Bank, 15802 Champion Forest, Spring, Texas. The bank is located within an area grocery store.

The “Buff Bank Bandit”, who also sported a manicured goatee, walked up to the teller and placed a temporary business check on the counter.

The teller told the robber the check was not filled out correctly, to which the robber replied “Are you serious?”

The robber then lifted his shirt, and reached toward the waistband area, where the teller noticed a dark colored bulge, believed to be a weapon.

The teller then realized that written on the temporary check was a command stating the teller should give the robber $5000.

The “Buff Bank Bandit” handed the teller a manila envelope and instructed him to put the money in it. He warned the teller not to give him any bait bills or press any alarms.

The teller complied, and the robber exited the bank with the envelope full of cash. No one was physically hurt.

The “Buff Bank Bandit” is described as a white male, 28-35 years old, 5’10”, 240 lbs., muscular build, with short reddish brown hair and a neatly trimmed mustache and goatee, wearing a blue-green tank top and blue jean shorts.
