Boats stolen from environmental group
November 13, 2007
Two boats were stolen from the Clear Creek Environmental Foundation.
They were taken from a storage facility in League City sometime between Oct. 30 and Nov. 5.
The boats are a 1978 Scooter with the Texas plate 692WS and a 1998 Starcraft, plate 9790EJ.
The foundation uses the boats to remove debris out of Clear Creek and Clear Lake. Officials said they can’t do the clean up without them.
Anyone with information is asked to call League City Police.
