David Tuck is back in a Harris County jail, awaiting a new trial hearing. The 18-year-old was convicted in the savage beating and sodomizing of a Spring teen. The victim, who wasn’t expected to live, remained hospitalized in intensive care for three months and has undergone several surgeries. Tuck was sentenced to life in prison for his role in the brutal beating. He is appealing his conviction, and he will have a new trial hearing Feb. 5. 1 CommentsLeave a comment |

I am amazed that David Tuck would even attempt to have a re-trail. The best witness in the case is the victim. It concerns me, that criminals seem to have more rights than victims. Eventhough David Tuck has the right to a re-trail, i think there should be a law established, if the crime committed against the victim is serious enough in nature, a retrail should not be permitted-unless evidence is brought forward to prove someones innocence.
