On March 8, 2008 the victim was sitting at a Metro Bus Stop located in the 5300 block of W. 43rd Street when Abelardo D. Salinas allegedly approached and exposed his penis to her. After a lengthy investigation, charges of Indecent Exposure were filed on Abelardo D. Salinas on September 9, 2008 and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Crime Stoppers and Investigators with the Metro Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance for any information leading to the arrest of Abelardo D. Salinas or Larry F. Williams. Salinas is a 35-year-old man with black hair and dark eyes. He is 5’9′ to 5’10” tall. |
