From a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern Dist. of Texas HOUSTON, Texas – Mark Douglas Montana, 41, a former registered representative associated with Crown Capital Securities, Ltd., has been indicted for defrauding investors of nearly $10 million between 1999 and September 2004, U.S. Attorney Don DeGabrielle announced Thursday. …From a Harris County Sheriff’s Office press release: On January 18, 2007, at approximately 7:27 a.m. Harris Co. Sheriff’s deputies were called to the scene of a motor vehicle collision, located in the 6200 block of the east Sam Houston Parkway north service road. The investigation preliminary results reveal that Mr. Daniel Bazan Jr. of Houston was traveling south when he lost control of his vehicle and left the roadway at a high rate of speed. The vehicle flipped coming to rest after striking a utility pole. Mr. Bazan was unrestrained and was ejected from the vehicle.
