I had a great time watching the Gold Medal game between the US and Spain. Thanks to NBC for broadcasting it live. I was able to watch it here at the station as soon as I got off the air.

It was a terrific basketball game and you might say it was as good as gold. I was happy for team USA and Blazers coach Nate McMillan, who is an assistant coach with team USA.

I just watched Stephanie Stricklen do another fantastic live shot. It was pouring down rain in China
and Steph had fun with it. It's not easy being on the road, that far from home, for that long and keep the energy up on a daily basis...but Steph has...and her Live shots and stories are always quality. She's also working with photographer Ken McCormick, who is one of the best in the business.
